Kaitlin Lustgarten, Esq. grew up on the Treasure Coast and graduated from Martin County High School before attending the University of Florida for both her undergraduate studies as well as her law degree. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007.
Upon graduation from law school, Kaitlin joined the State Attorney’s Office, first in St. Lucie County and eventually in Martin County. Kaitlin spent fourteen years as a prosecutor where she tried numerous cases from simple drug possessions to capital sexual batteries, to first-degree murders. She worked with countless victims who had been harmed by the criminal acts of others. During her time as a prosecutor, Kaitlin developed a reputation as a fair yet zealous advocate for the people of the Treasure Coast.
In 2023, Kaitlin joined The Eberst Law Firm where she continues to advocate for those who have been injured.
In her free time, she enjoys college football, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, and her two golden retrievers Abby and Ellie.
