Attorney Chris Moore

Trial Attorney Chris Moore has over 20 years of experience practicing litigation. A prestigious honor, he was named a fellow at the ABOTA National Trial College at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts which he attended with trial attorneys from across the United States, gaining experience and knowledge in a collaborative environment.

Mr. Moore spent more than a decade of his career as an attorney with his first law firm in West Palm Beach where he handled mainly personal injury cases in litigation. There he won his first trial as first chair, despite it starting the same afternoon that he took and passed the Federal Bar exam. During his employment at this firm, he was able to fine-tune his skills in preparing and strategizing for trials. In recognition of his years of dedication, hard work, and talent, Mr. Moore was made an equity shareholder of the firm.

Attorney Chris Moore went on to join another law firm and helped to establish their Stuart office while continuing to handle and take personal injury cases to trial, working with some of the best and most accomplished attorneys in Florida.

His experience includes jury trials, bench trials, summary jury trials, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. He handles all aspects of his cases in court from start to finish, always with the best interest of his clients in mind. He has worked on numerous high-profile cases throughout his career. Due to the respect of his peers and opposing counsel, Mr. Moore has been selected to represent several attorneys and law firms when they have been involved in lawsuits.

Mr. Moore graduated from the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors in 2001. He served as a member and Advisor Chair of the Miami law school orientation committee that managed the University program for incoming law students. Mr. Moore was given the honor of being the first at the podium to speak to the incoming 1L class (first-year law students). He also worked as the advertising editor of the Res Ipsa Loquitur, the law school newspaper.

Prior to law school, Mr. Moore graduated from Baylor University where he was a captain and coach of the club level intercollegiate Baylor University Ultimate team that competed against other colleges from coast to coast. During his time as captain, his team was ranked as high as the top 20 in the nation. He brought together his love of sports with his commitment to service as Mr. Moore mentored teenagers through the Mission Waco organization during his years in college, giving at-risk teens a fun, safe place for organized recreation and sports within the largest housing project in Waco, Texas.

Chris is married to his lovely wife Allison who he met in law school, and he is thankful for her help in everything he does. Together they have a daughter, currently in her teenage years. As a devoted father, he is heavily involved in the Indian Princess program, a father-daughter program, where they love camping, staying up late, competing against other fathers and daughters, and having fun together.
