Aimee Eberst, Esq. has over 20 years of experience as a litigation attorney. She has practiced in the areas of criminal law, workers’ compensation, bodily injury, premises liability, and first-party property, from inception through trial. She has also served as Corporate Counsel for a national corporation, specializing in regulatory affairs, employment law, and litigation management.
At the present time, Aimee focuses her practice on bodily injury claims on behalf of those injured by the negligence of others and bad faith litigation on behalf of those impacted by the delays and unfair practices of insurance carriers.
When not working, Aimee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her husband, Jon; her golden retrievers Jax and Jake; and her horse Tally.
