Tyler Pierce is a senior personal injury attorney with over sixteen years of experience representing injured victims throughout Florida in all types of motor vehicle and commercial trucking accidents and Wrongful Death actions. Since 2009, Tyler’s clients have recovered over one hundred million dollars in settlements and judgments, including three clients who received over one million dollars each.
Tyler was born in central Wisconsin and raised in the suburbs outside Detroit, Michigan. For the past twenty-five years he has lived throughout south Florida and currently resides in downtown West Palm Beach. He graduated with Honors from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Psychology and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University where he finished in the top one-third of his class.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006, Tyler began his career as a trial attorney with the Public Defender office in Broward County. Since leaving public service his practice has focused exclusively on the representation of those injured due to the negligence of another. Tyler has a reputation for always being available to his clients and skillfully working hard to achieve the optimal result in every case.
Tyler is a member of the Florida Justice Association, is an avid golfer and enjoys working out and spending time with his family and friends.
