Kathryn J. Roegiers, Esq. graduated from Martin County High School before attending the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree. She went on to attend Stetson University, College of Law, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009.
Upon graduation from law school, Kathryn accepted a position with the 19th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office. After a few years there, she went into private practice where she spent the next 13 years handling criminal and civil cases. She joined Eberst Law in 2024 to advocate for the injured.
Kathryn has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the years 2022, 2023, and 2024. She’s also been awarded by the National Trial Lawyers for being Top 40 Under 40.
A native of the Treasure Coast, Kathryn continues to reside there with her husband and three sons.
